CONSUMER DAY, Saturday 15th March 2008
Member states across the European Union will be celebrating European Consumer Day next Saturday 15th March. To mark this day in Malta, the European Commission has teamed up with the Consumer and Competition Division and Consumer House – through which the European Consumer Centre (ECC Malta) operates, to organise an educational event in Republic Street, Valletta. The event will be held on Saturday 15th March, starting at 10am. Consumers will be able to collect information material from the stand that will be set up purposely in front of the Law Courts and will be able to ask questions to consumer affairs experts who will be present throughout the morning.
