On the 5th of December from 17:00h until 19:00h European Consumer Protection Commissioner Meglena Kuneva is planning to organise an online web chat under the title "Have a safe Christmas".
During the chat she would like to discuss topics including "toy safety" and "consumer rights" as well as to provide information and advice useful for Christmas shopping. She hopes that the debate will not only raise consumer awareness and confidence during the Christmas period but that it will also bring forward new ideas upon which we can build later on.
